To all our valued patients:
We hope that you and your family are in good health. Our community has been through a lot in 2020, and all of us are happy to resume our normal habits and routines. While some things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been our top priority for our practice. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it's both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you that in addition to these infection control procedures, we have added other measures in our practice to keep patients and staff safe. For example, multiple UV air purifiers with medical grade True HEPA filters are placed throughout the office.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Nevada State Dental Board and Governor Sisolak . We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies' recommendations.
Although things have returned to normal, we are still implementing some precautions. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:
Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and will do our very best to serve you.
Sincerely,
Dr. Jeffries and Staff

- Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions.
- We will take your temperature and have you rinse with 1% hydrogen peroxide prior to seating.
Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and will do our very best to serve you.
