Please read before your next visit. This page is where we post current office notices, policies, and anything patients need to know ahead of an appointment. Call 702-252-5050 if you have a question about anything below.
Before You Arrive
- New patients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration and health history forms.
- Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and a current list of medications, including supplements.
- Tell us about recent surgeries, joint replacements, heart conditions, pregnancy, or changes to your medications. These affect how we plan treatment.
- If you have x-rays from another dental office taken in the last year, ask them to send the files over so we do not repeat them.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another patient. Repeated same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or limit us to scheduling on a short-notice basis only.
Running late happens. Call us and we will tell you honestly whether the remaining time is enough or whether it makes more sense to move you to another day.
Payment
Your estimated portion is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For treatment plans larger than a routine visit, ask the front desk about arrangements before we begin so there are no surprises. Insurance questions are covered in more detail on our insurances page.
Prescriptions and Records
Prescription refills and records requests are handled during office hours and usually take one to two business days. Records requests need a signed release, which you can complete at the front desk or ask us to email to you.
Health and Safety in the Office
Instruments are sterilized after every use, treatment rooms are disinfected between patients, and our sterilizers are monitored regularly. If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are recovering from a contagious illness, call us and we will move your appointment without any penalty. That protects our other patients and our team.
If You Have a Dental Emergency
Call the office first, even outside of business hours, and follow the instructions on the message. Save a knocked-out permanent tooth in milk or saliva and come in immediately. For heavy bleeding, facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, or trauma to the head, go to the nearest emergency room.
We Would Like Your Feedback
If something about your visit did not go the way you expected, tell us directly. A quick conversation with our front desk or with Dr. Jeffries usually solves it faster than anything else, and it helps us take better care of the next patient too.
